Is it true that more people are driving without licenses?

When a tough economy comes around many things get pushed to the backburner. For some people that means paying their traffic tickets. According to police authorities in Ohio, for example, it is becoming far more common. Many people don’t, or can’t, pay their tickets. After six months, the state suspends their license. Instead of no longer getting behind the wheel, the people ignore the suspension. Another reason for the rise in unlicensed drivers is anger of REAL ID and the perception of it as a national ID. These individuals are rebelling and so deliberately don’t renew licenses or insurance.
